ADMINISTRATION AND CRUISE STAFF

The Bar Department is responsible for serving alcoholic beverages in areas such as night clubs, discos, decks, restaurants, room service, private parties and all bars and bar areas.

Purser	Supervising day to day operations of the pursers office/front desk as directed by the Chief Purser) - previous hotel experience preferable, a degree in hotel management and/or prior cruise ship experience is required. Fluent English skills required. Salary range: £3,400 - £4,200 per month
Assistant Purser	(reception desk - general information, accommodation problems, complaints, money transactions, shipboard announcements etc.) - University degree preferable and/or excellent administration background. Salary range: £1,900 - £2,200 per month
Junior Assistant Purser:	(Receptionist) - previous hotel experience and/or degree preferable. Fluent English Language skills required and speaking other languages is a plus Salary range: £1,500 - £2,500 per month
Crew purser	Handles the administration of the crew: sign-on and sign-off, cabin assignments, crew identification cards etc - Excellent administration background essential. Accounting background helpful. Fluent English Language skills required Salary range: £1,800 - £2,400 per month
Concierge	The concierge is responsible for the handling of all requests for private functions for passengers. Assists in making appointments for passengers, obtaining tickets for special shows etc. Salary range : £2,200 - £2,500 including tips.
Cost Accountant	Main responsibility is inventory control and managerial reporting, including generating daily food and supply cost. Also weekly receiving and inventorying of all items in food, bar and photo departments. A major part of the duties expected of the cost accountant is carried out on personal computers. English Language skills required. Salary range: £2,300 - £3,200 per month
Revenue Accountant	Main responsibility is the operation of cashless cabin charge system and NCR or MICROS register system the duties include early morning closing of registers, running reports, balancing daily revenue and generating passenger statements. Fluent English skills required. Salary range: £2,500 - £3,500 per month
Shore Excursion Manager:	Responsible for the presentation, promotion, supervision and arrangement of the shore excursions offered in the various ports of call) Experience in tourism, previous travel- related experience and/or minimum 1 year on board starting from an entry-level Cruise Staff or Assistant Shore Excursion Manager position required. Fluent English Language skills required. Salary range: £2,000 - £3,000 per month
Assistant Shore Excursion Manager	Responsible for the promotion, selling and arrangements of the shore excursions offered in various ports of call as directed by the Shore Excursion Manager). Experience in tourism, previous travel-related experience and/or minimum 1 year on board. Fluent English Language skills required. Salary range £1,800 - £2,100 per month
PA/Secretary	All senior officers require Secretaries/PA's. Must be over 21 years of age. Excellent secretarial skills and computer literate. Salary range: £2,100 - £3,000 per month
