Work Permit ( Z visa )

Eligibility:

Applicant should possess Bachelors degree and three years experience in related field.

Documents Required:

• Passport with 12 months validity
• Invitation letter
• Visa Application form (BG-01)
• One additional passport size photograph (black and white or color is acceptable)
• Employment License of People's Republic of China, which should be obtained by the employer in China from Provincial or Municipal Labor authorities.
• To work on an academic and scientific research projects, or to provide technical and economic assistance you must submit a Foreign Specialist's License issued by China Foreign Specialist Bureau.
• Degree certificate, mark sheets, exp certificates along with the Physical Examination Certificate (BG-14) issued in India must be notarized by a local notary public, authenticated by the Secretary of the State and the Chinese Embassy.

The above docs need to be sent to the client who will do the further processing of the Work Permit. The process takes a minimum of one month. After receiving the Work Permit approval, one has to apply for the visa at the Chinese Embassy with the below given docs.

The visa stamping process takes 2 working days.

Business Visa

Documents Required:

• Passport with validity of 6 months
• Application Form
• 2 Photograph with white background
• Invitation Letter in Chinese Language
• Covering Letter
• Forex. Endorsement
• Salary Certificate
• Copy of Income tax returns
• A Letter from Chinese Govt. Ministry or Authorized Govt. off or Regional office of Chinese Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Commission. (Original)

Process - The process for business visa stamping takes 3 working days and the visa is valid for 3 months.
