Business Visa

Documents Required:

• Passport with valid six months
• Application Form
• 2 recent photographs in the size of 3.5 cms x 4.5 cms with white background. The face should cover about 70-80% of the photo area.
• Invitation Letter to be faxed directly to the Consulate from the German Company Fax No. 2202 5493)
• Covering Letter
• Medical Insurance
• Forex. Endorsement
• Salary Certificate
• Income tax papers (Copy of Form 16)
• Tax Document
• Air ticket

The business visa processing takes at least 3 - 4 days. First time travelers to Germany need to go personally at the consulate for visa submission. Germany consulate has stopped issuing business visa for more than 45 days. As per new rules and regulation of German consulate, Mumbai, If you need visa for the duration of 90 days then you need to apply to the aliens authority local and obtain the approval.
