Business Visa

There are two ways to apply for a Hong Kong business visa
1. On arrival visa which is valid for 14 days only (Extension not possible)
2. Business visa (More than 14 days up to 3 months)


Following are the documents required to apply for a business visa
- Invitation letter from Customer (Needs to mention duration & purpose of trip)
- Covering letter
- Visa application form
- One photograph with white background
- Copy of the passport


Note - There is no Hong Kong consulate in India. Visa application needs to be submitted at China consulate (Rep. of Hong Kong) Monday to Friday on any working days. After submission of documents China consulate will forward the documents to Hong Kong immigration dept for approval.

Immigration dept in Hong Kong will get in touch with Customer for the following documents:
- Employee offer letter
- Hotel confirmation & Duration of stay
- Travel itinerary
- Financial standing of the applicant (We can provide covering letter which was submitted along with application at China consulate).


Need to provide above mentioned docs to the customer in xerox copies or in soft copies.
Consulate will take two working days to process the visa stamping.
Important: Please get ECNR cleared before travel.

Business Visa

Documents required:

• Passport
• 2 Visa Application Form (fill the form in blue ink)
• 2 Recent Passport size photograph with white background.
• Invitation Letter
• Covering Letter
• Salary Certificate
• Copy of Income tax returns or Form 16
• Forex endorsement minimum 1000$
• Return Confirmed tkts

Note: Invitation letter from Indonesia has to reach 3 days prior to application of visa.
