Work Permit

Eligibility:

• Adequate knowledge & experience of desired skill set
• Experience of minimum 1 year

Document required for filing:

Filing of Work Visa has to be done by the client or the Korean counterpart in Korea.
The approval needs to be taken by the Minister of Justice who issues the Work Permit (Blue certificate)

Work Visa

Once the approval comes the following documents are to be taken to the consulate for the stamping

• Visa Application Form
• 1pp Photograph (Recent colour photograph)
• Covering Letter
• Blue Certificate
• Copy of the Contract signed by the Korean Company & the employee
• Visa Fees for Multiple entry is 4000/- & long Term Single Entry (more than 90 days) is 2500/-

The visa stamping process takes 4 working days.

Business Visa

Documents Required:

• Visa Application Form
• 2 pp recent Photograph with white background
• Invitation Letter in Original (one copy to be faxed to the consulate directly)
• Covering Letter
• Income Tax Returns from the Company
• Income Tax Returns from applicant (original)
• Last 3 months Salary Slip
• Copy as well as the original PAN card
• Appointment letter
• Confirmed return tickets & Itinerary
• ECNR Clearance is must
• Authority letter signed by the applicant

The case can be submitted through a registered travel agent. The processing takes 4 working days.
