Business Visa

Documents Required

• Passport should be valid for 6 months
• Visa Application Form
• 2 Photographs with white background
• Invitations Letter to faxed to the consulate directly
• Covering Letter (should specify business discussions only)
• Forex Endorsement
• Return Ticket

The Business visa processing takes at least a week's time. Business visa should have only business meetings & discussions. Approval is required from immigration if following activities to be performed.
1. Attending Seminars
2. Attending Conferences
3. Product training
4. Technical training
5. Machine repairs & related reasons


Application will have to be submitted through a registered travel agent only. Applicants will have to come personally for the first time.
