Eligibility:

• Adequate knowledge & experience of desired skill set
• Experience of minimum 1 year
• Valid US visa

Document required for stamping:

• Visa application form
• 2 photos
• Invitation letter
• Covering letter
• Confirmed Ticket
• Income Tax Returns for last two years with a copy of the credit card statement
• Last 3 months salary slips
• Authorization letter from the Mexican Ministry of the Interiors
• Recommendation letter from the Chamber of Commerce & Industry

The Work Permit has to be processed by the client from the National Institute of Immigration. The client also has to take the authorization from the Mexican Ministry of Interiors who in turn will issue a work permit, which will be sent to the Mexican Consulate in Delhi.

• Invitation in Spanish language to be faxed directly to the Embassy by the party in Mexico
• Approval from Mexican Interior Ministry.

Procedure for Mexico Visa

1. Applicants company to make request letter addressed to following in English & Spanish language:

• Instituto Nacional De Migracion
• Delecacion Regional Metropolitana
• Departmento De No Inmigrates
• Presente

2. These letters to be attested from the local Chamber of Commerce
3. After the attestation from the Local Chamber, forward the documents to us in order to get it attested from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Delhi
4. After the attestation from MEA Delhi, the applicant to come in person to Delhi, to get the letters attested from the Mexico Embassy.
5. After the attestation from the Mexico Embassy, these certificates along with the applicant's passport copy and other supporting correspondence to be sent to the sponsor in Mexico. The sponsor in Mexico in turn to approach the Ministry of Interiors to arrange the approval.
6. The Ministry of Interiors in Mexico will forward this copy of approval directly to the Mexico Embassy in Delhi and one copy to the sponsor.
7. The Sponsor must send the copy to the applicant in India.
8. After receiving this approval from the Ministry of Interiors, the applicant to come in Delhi once again to the Mexico Embassy along with the other documents mentioned in the website to get the visa stamped

The stamping process takes 2 working days.
