Work Permit

Eligibility:

• Adequate knowledge & experience of desired skill set
• Experience of minimum 1 year

Documents required:

• Application form
• Passport with a minimum of 6 months validation & ECNR stamped.
• 4-5 Photographs
• Offer letter from the client
• Company covering letter (Nomination Letter) signed by a Senior Management Person
• Recommendation Letter from Group head (Explaining his/her purpose of trip, skill set, duration of the visit)
• Actual Resume
• Application Letter from the employee (Needs to clarify his role & responsibilities)
• Degree Certificate with the mark sheet (notarized by gazetted officer)
• Experience Letter of previous employer
• Appointment Letter
• Salary Slips, Income Tax returns
• I-card, Visiting Card

Process: All the above are sent to the New Zealand Consulate in Delhi, which is then, verified by the authorities in New Zealand. After receiving the approval message the Consulate in Delhi issues a visa stamp. The whole process takes a minimum of 3- 4 weeks

• Invitation Letter
• Covering Letter
• Forex Endorsement
• Return Ticket
• Tax Document
• Salary Slip - last 3 months
• Medical certificate form (NZIS 1007) the associated reports must be less than 3 months old
• Police clearance certificate (NZIS 1011) must not be less than 6 months old

The business visa stamping takes minimum 1 week as the Consulate is in Delhi.
Travel Agents can deposit cases in the Drop-Box from 08:30 to 15:00 hrs, Collection: 15:00 to 16:00 hrs (Mon to Fri)
