All documents should be into English if not, should be translated by Notary into English.
1. At least 2 years of experience is required to apply the EP, not necessary for IITians and IIM alumnus.
2. Client letter is required for the applicant.

Business Visa

Singapore Consulate in Mumbai have introduce an on-line filing of visa applications with immediate effects. The process of filing on-line application are as follows.

1. Scan photograph
2. Complete Visa Application on-line form with full details.
3. Take a confirmation receipt and deposit along with the application and required document.

NOTE : A multiple entry visa is given for a business visit for a stay period of 14 days. For a longer duration of stay an extension of the business/visit pass can be obtained from the ICA Building (address given below). This extension has to be obtained before the expiry of the visa i.e. within 14 days.

Documents Required:

• Passport should be valid for 6 months
• Visa Application Form
• 2 recent passport-sized photograph. Please note that the photograph must be 35 mm by 45 mm high without border and taken within the last 3 months. It has to be taken full face without headgear (unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's features). The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown taken against a plain white background. The photograph finishing should be matt or semi-matt.

• Detailed Covering Letter
• Forex endorsement
• Salary slips - last 3 months
• Tax Documents

For Passport issued from a state other than Maharashtra, supporting documents for address proof will be required.
The time taken for visa processing is 4 days.
