H1 filing (Work Visa)

Eligibility:
Applicant should possess either a Bachelor in Electronics/ Computer or 3 yrs experience in Software in case of Bachelor in other stream.

B1 visa (Business Visa)

Documents required:

• Passport
• Invitation letter from client
• Covering letter
• Visa Application form dully Filled (DS-156) Pls take the print back to back
• Visa Application Form Dully Filled (DS-157) Visa application form
• 2 photographs (size 2 inch X 2 inch, white background, without border, recent photo, ears and shoulders should be visible, 70% of the face should cover the photograph, take the photograph without spectacles, photograph not used in any of the earlier visas)

Personal interview is a must for all the applicants unless they fit in to one of the following categories:

a) Persons renewing or replacing visa of the same category which is still valid or which expired Persons sixty years of age or older, provided they have not previously been refused a visa. Pls. Note that applicants with spouses over age 60 are not eligible for the drop box facility.

b) Children thirteen years of age and under, whose parents can demonstrate that they both already have valid U.S visas, that they are physically present in India, and that they have written permission for the child to travel.

Personal interview typically will be scheduled with in two - three weeks of the application. In such case, in addition to the above documents the following has to be carried:

• Appointment letter given by the consulate
• Educational certificate / mark sheet
• Appointment letter of company / I-Card /
• Copy of IT returns
• Salary slips (last 3 months)
• Previous employment proof

The visa stamping process takes a minimum of 2 working days after the interview.

USA H1 visa

Documents required:

• Passport
• H1 Petition
• Covering letter from company
• Visa Application form dully Filled (DS-156) Pls take the print back to back
• Visa Application Form Dully Filled (DS-157)
• H1-L1 Questionnaire form to be dully filled.
• 2 photographs (size 2 inch X 2 inch, white background, without border, recent photo, ears and shoulders should be visible, 70% of the face should cover the photograph, take the photograph without spectacles, photograph not used in any of the earlier visas)

USA L1 visa

Documents required:

• Passport
• L1 Petition
• Covering letter from company
• Visa Application form dully Filled (DS-156) Pls take the print back to back.
• Visa Application Form Dully Filled (DS-157)
• 2 photographs (size 2 inch X 2 inch, white background, without border, recent photo, ears and shoulders should be visible, 70% of the face should cover the photograph, take the photograph without spectacles, photograph not used in any of the earlier visas)
